4 Bedrooms
Four separate bedrooms can be found on the ground floor of this "upside-down" living house. The king-sized master comes with it's own en-suite, whilst the remaining 3 bedrooms share an additional full bath and shower. The second guest room has a king-sized bed, whereas the remaining 2 guest rooms each have bunk beds with full size beds below, and singles above; ideal for family getaways.
Living Space - Indoor & Outdoor
The upper floor of Trecarth houses the kitchen, dining room, living room, and a small reading nook / library, as well as an additional half-bath. From the upper floor the wrap around balcony is accessed via floor to ceiling sliding doors which look out across Restronguet Creek, The Pandora Inn and across towards the famous Carrick Roads, where Sir Ben Ainsley learned his trade. Sit and enjoy the view from the balcony either on one of the 2 relaxing swing chairs, or with the family at one of the 2 picnic tables.
Gardens & Parking
Mature gardens surround the Property, with plenty of playing space / open grass for young children, as well as direct easy access to the creek for kayaks and small dinghys.
Ample parking for 4-5 cars is available behind the main house.
